Public radio, your new and old music source

I listen to NPR, national public radio quite often, and i have found that it is just about the best station, at least around here, to find and listen to new music and as well as old music you never even knew about. They have an awesome nightly music program where they play a lot of independent artists, and there is the "world cafe" where they usually have a guest artist play and put on a lot of music from america and abroad that you just will never hear on your corporate stations. There is also a program I love, Blues before sunrise (http://www.bluesbeforesunrise.com), which is on Saturday nights here from midnight until about 4 or 5 a.m., and they play some just awesome very old 20's 30's blues music. Usually they will have a theme of some kind to every show. here its 101.7fm, but i am sure you can go to www.npr.org to find your local station. In addition to the awesome music they play, its in my opinion one of the best places to get your news as well. Check it out!
